An unexplained spike on the water bill, a damp patch on the floor with no obvious source, or the faint sound of running water somewhere in the walls — hidden leaks are frustrating precisely because you can't see them. Our Newark technicians use acoustic and thermal equipment to find them without tearing into walls or floors on a guess.
We use listening equipment and thermal imaging to locate leaks through walls, floors, and slabs without demolition.
We find the leak before recommending any repair scope, which keeps costs and disruption down.
Every technician performing detection work carries full licensing and liability coverage.
We walk you through what the equipment found, not just hand you a bill.
These are the hidden leak scenarios we investigate most often across Newark, NY.
